Kuzmich & Associates was founded by Jim Kuzmich, an entertainment attorney dedicated to protecting the interests of the very people upon whose talent the entire entertainment industry is built. Far too often musicians, performers, songwriters and artists end up relinquishing their rights, royalties and other reoccurring revenues due to poorly negotiated terms and one-sided contracts. We're not OK with that.
We believe there is a better way. We believe in an honest day's pay for an honest day's work and billing only for those things we actually do. We believe our time is best spent watching out for our clients rather than watching our clocks. We believe we can only be truly successful by being invested in the long-term success of our clients.
